hi guys,
i've been blown away by the colorful studio layout pictures that some people have done.
i'm planning a mixing room, and could really use some creative ideas on how to carve up the space. it would be pretty hard to describe the layout, so i'd like to put up a picture. i have microsoft powerpoint and paint.
do you save the file as a jpg or something?
p.s. i read somewhere here that pictures are a data hog, so i wouldn't do this all the time.
how do you post a "cad" drawing?

One option to save bandwith on Johns' site is to host the pic on your own webspace that you get from your ISP. That way it only links to the picture rather than storing it on Johns' server
If you haven't done so, read Johns post about posting...

thanks for the info,
that's useful. because i can post it as a .gif which is a lot smaller than a .jpg and can make it very small. i'm good at figuring out file sizes. i'll make the thing tiny.
