G'day all, seeking some advice and ideas on how best to set my studio up in a room 3500 x 3550 with a ceiling hight of 2400. The room will be used as a control room only. Did a sketch on sketch up using a coffin design and from a top view it looked much like the outline of the autobot insignia turned upside down, rather irrelevant to the discussion just thought it was funny. One question i have in regard to the angle of the walls is should i make them a specific degree and if so what is the minimum to work to? 2. would this work? Not trying to build 301, just want to make the best i can with a modest budget e.g. $1500-$2000 AUD Excuse my sketch, still getting to know the app.

A couple of quick comments: - 3.550 x 3.500 is practically square. Bad idea! - Based on that layout, your mix position will have to be roughly in the middle of the room (50% in all three axes). Bad idea!

- Depends on your speaker axis intersect angle. 60°?? 90°?? Something else?? - Read the stickies (the posts at the top of the forum, that say things like "Read this before you post"). - Stuart -
