Electrical Wiring

Hello everyone! Im new to the forum, but have been watching for a few days. Im building yet another studio for myself. I have much experience building them, but I never know exactly what electrical wiring method to use. I used to be an electrician so I know the code book pretty well. Budget isnt much of an issue, as this one has to be right, and since I am doing all the work myself, if material is the only cost, thats a cost I can deal with. What are the current methods? IG circuits, if so does it have to be in MC? Individual home runs to studio outlets using 12/2 NM, making it in affect isolated? Should all clean circuits be on one phase of the panel? and dirty on the other? luckily, the service will be used exclusively for the studio, so I lucked out there. Thanks! Scott
