need help with research on building a studio - i am clueless

I am trying to build an elearning studio. It will be in a mid-size room - sorry currently don't have the stats I need the room to be sound proof, so i can record voice over... It would be occupied by at most 5 people a day, kinda like a office I need help finding information on what the room will need or how to go by this process please forward me to previously talked about mid-size studio proposals with the goal of shutting down outside noise Thank you
