Budget to build Detached Recording Studio?

Hi guys, What budget do you need to build a detached isolated recording studio of size 5x5m (internal space)? No control room is needed. It's for sampling instruments, so it needs a higher soundproof rating than standard tracking studio. If you can't hear drums from outside the studio, then the level of soundproofing is about right. What sort of budget will this need? Thanks :)
