anyone seen the building from shelter-kit.com?

I was looking around and found www.shelter-kit.com I was wondering if anyone here has gotten one of these kits and made it into a studio. I haven't calculated the cost of these versus the cost of just building one myself, but I thought these were a cool option. My idea was to start with the Unit One http://www.shelter-kit.com/kits.php?kit=unitone and add later as funds came along. I may also find that buying one of these is a lot more expensive than just building one myself. Just a thought and would like to see what you guys think of that site. Thanks Jason

looks like there a timber floor kit. Would you be building a control room and live room seperate? So that there was no flanking. I dare say the cost wouldn't justify the trouble.
