Wondering...BAD

Hello All, Great Forum, So many knowledge here...thanks to John and all members here. I'm wondering why not much information or design using BAD panel here... Is it not effective? Cannot applied to DIY project due to Rights? I seen and have opportunity to hear my friend's mastering room using this panel..very diffuse...not really like (I think because I'm not familiar with this kind of room) If I'm not wrong, it solved space problem. Regards..

I guess I'm to lazy to find, before I post it I try some search using keywords BAD, Binary Array Diffusor, Array Diffuser..and find little infos about this ... I'll try on Stickies....can you point me to the link? please?
