My first control room

Hallo everybody I'm newbie here and maybe is better if introduce myself. I'm Federico, I live in Italy and I work like sound engineer in a club in my town and like freelance. I preside a cultural association that works in music and we have a little recording studio. Now our goal is to enlarge the control room and make acustically well sounding. I made some design with sketch up following one of the Sae project i found in this site and I really like if the people of the forum could help me. All the job will be realize by our member that works in interior building and is very experienced about. We plan to build everything using expecially plasterboard. We can't spend more than 1000 € and we don't have neightbours. The original project: My arrangement: Some questions: 1. The basstrap will work properly fitting the slots will glass wool or will be better to build some panel to hang inside the slots? 2. Like in the original project i have foreseen two slot resonator wall that may be work like Helmholtz resonator. Coul really i realize it with a pegboard as i found in this site? 3. What about the ceiling? It's not foreseen in the original project. How i have to realize it? I've to angolate it? How much? Will better if i build another solt resonator there? Hi, Design looks good. Do you need seperation between the control room and the live room? If yes, then you will have flanking issues. the control room needs to be completely seperate from the external brick walls. What are the dimensions? and what height can you build too? (2.9m ??) Are there any pipes or aircon ducts in the ceiling? Some answers. 1. The basstrap will work properly fitting the slots will glass wool or will be better to build some panel to hang inside the slots? -A slot trap will work fine will some loose glass wool in the cavity. 2. Like in the original project i have foreseen two slot resonator wall that may be work like Helmholtz resonator. Coul really i realize it with a pegboard as i found in this site? Peg board will not work as a helmholtz 3. What about the ceiling? It's not foreseen in the original project. How i have to realize it? I've to angolate it? How much? Will better if i build another solt resonator there? Draw a more detailed plan shown your studs and top plates. Don't worry about the interior finsh at the moment. Again what height can you go too?

Hi and thank for answering. I don't need separation between the control room and the other room because the other room will not be used for recording. The recording room is in another part of the building and it's already soundproof respect the control room and already cabled. The dimensions are: width=3,76m | lenght=4,61m | height=2,96m. There aren't pipe or aircon in the ceiling. Thank a lot!
