Booth Design Wanted

I am looking for someone to design a sound isolation booth for me. I have no design or construction experience, but have done some research on how the booth should be built. I want the booth to have a 4' x 6' interior (or something similar) and a 6' exterior. It cannot be too high as it will be in a basement with a low ceiling. I am thinking of a booth with: * a double stud wall made from 2x4's with fiberglass insulation * three layers of 5/8" drywall on the exterior and interior walls and ceiling with green glue between layers * a separate joist system for the ceiling * two communicating doors * a ventilation system * a cable outlet somewhere I am not sure how the floor should be designed, but I want the booth to have a room within a room design. I do not really have a budget limit, but am looking for a cost effective solution that maximizes sound isolation. Thanks

At the end of a long and tedious day, you might be better served with a Whisper Room or one of the other knock-down vocal booths. What you are suggesting is thousands (X) of dollars and a bunch (X) of additional weight on the structure with not much added return. It's a lot like re-inventing the wheel from where I sit. But I am under employed, so re-inventing is always on my mind...
