Hi all, this is my first post in the forum and I need help with the decision on how to place my studio (Control room, recording room and a small office) in this location I've found.
Hoping that someone can help me...
Thanks!
Lele
P.S. The only one thing that is not posted on the plan sheet attached are the
height of the wall... that are 11.48 ft tall!

you've got a huge area.
what your budget?
What are you using it for?
What is the office for?
will be a commercial studio?
What are the alls made from?
What is the ceiling and roof made of?
Please read all the stickies, BEFORE you post.
It's to hard and time consuming to guess!
Hi lilith_envy thanks for the answer...
I explain all about your questions:
The budget is around 36.000/43.000 $ (in mine currency is 30.000 €) included of all the materials requested to acoustic treatments.
The idea is to build a classic studio with control room and recording room suitable for recording pop/rock music bands and singers.
The office is for secretary use and documents.
Yes. It will be for commercial use.
The walls are in brickwork I think but today i will go there to take some photos to post and I'll make sure of the material of the walls.
The roof and ceiling is normal...tiled floor and brickwork ceiling.
Thanks in advice and sorry for mine italian-english eheh!
Great thanks,
I would considers adding a drum room, amp booth, vocal booth. and maybe even a 2nd mix room for dance stuff or films.
Is there only one door into the space?
Yes... there is only one main door like the plan sheet shows...
Today I've checked that the walls roof and ceiling are in brickwork!
Some pics... ;)
Hmm, it looks smaller in the pictures.
