Hi, first time poster. I'm thinking about opening up a commercial rehearsal studio and have found an industrial warehouse space I'm considering renting. Would just like to get some views on it. Do you think the space would be suitable? What do you think would have to be done for acoustics? I'm not completely without knowledge but would like to get some views on the space and mabye a few tips and pointers if possible. I would also eventually provide recording facilities down the line also.
