Heh - I'd love to see any pics you had of your studio...I'M VERY keen on beser block outside (sand-filled) with Gyprock lined stud wall inner room... Have you built the inner room yet? How is your isolation form the outside world? How does a drum kit sound from outside your studio? Cheers from NSW
