my new room studio - design help

iam new to forum.trying to create a new studio ..i have read about forum and regarding aquostics.but i feel its i have lot of knowledge but no practical . i have room layout.... heigth - 10 ft width - 12 ft length - 22 ft......this layout is back side of my owner house. i want a single booth for recording vocal plus percussions..like tabla..indian instruments.flute etc.. how can i create dimensions for a recording room and a good mix room that is control room for my given set up.also sound insulation with aound absorption .medium budget
