Hi, Came across this document when I searched for my current Room ratio (1:1.8:2.2), and was quite surprised of all info and wanted to share it with you, obviously I cant judge its correctness, but there are enough experts here in the forum that will be able to verify or reject. Wow! Thanks Kaj! Very useful. There's a gold mine of very, very useful data on construction materials in there. - Stuart -

No I have not read it, but from the reviews of the book I can imagine that its full of good stuff for people who design/build acousticwise good rooms.

What is the question supposed to mean? I have my copy beside my bed. I like great things at night. The book has a glowing recommendation Leo Beranek. It is not just a goldmine, it is a very big goldmine of acoustics knowledge.
That's exactly why I asked if ppl are aware of that book. it's a nice bedside reading indead, haha. (no, seriously it's good info) It's those kind of stuff I have in my luggage when I go on holidays (incl Everst's one) :) My wife calls me NUTS when I do that haha
