You can have a look at typical corner controlroom designs. I think this will fit into your space very well. What is your budget, and what is your goal for recording and mixing? cheers Mika

with a corner design you will have the best use of the space (bigger rooms, with good acoustical properties) Or do you want to waste space for non usable rooms?? cheers mika

How big must be a Drum Room?? for a good recording.
