I am ready to install my door jams, but was curious if i needed to put anything in the gaps shown in the picture. It is a single 2x6 wall, double drywall each side. Thanks

uhhhh, how did u get gaps??
I was wondering the same thing! :!: But I don't see that the gaps mean much, either one way or the other: since that wall is just a single stud wall, it won't be isolating very well anyway, with or without gaps.
The gaps are just caused by the piece of wood being slightly slimmer then the steel behind it, (steel studs) and I am aware that this wall will not isolate well. My isolation wall is a double wall, steel studs and double drywall with green glue, so hopefully that will do better.
