RC 1 installation method for sloped ceiling

Hi Everyone, Just a quick question about RC 1 What is the correct way (direction) to install RC1 when the channels will be @ 16' centres screwed to the rafters that will form a sloped/ vaulted ceiling, I hope the photos below will clarify what I'm getting at... Photo 1, as outlined in Rods book Do I keep the channel in the same direction, with the part thats screwed to the studs at the lowest level, like in the photo below or do i orientate it in the other direction or does it make a difference on a slanted ceiling Thanks in advance hally :shock:

What a terrible boozing reputation my fellow country men have, it must only be when they travel abroad, its all very civilized and sober on the mainland! Except patricks day of course, and good friday's and most weekends if the budget will stretch and a few on a thursday night to loosen the loins, shur its friday tomorrow... Cheers hally :roll:
