Hi guys, new here, so hello to you all. I am about to build my first panels but I am having some trouble finding the right materials. I was planning on using 2x4s og plywood for the frame, and something called Rockwool Acoustic panels Is this usable or could anyone recommend another rockwool product to use? It's pretty much what we've got here. Thanks!

Can't read Norwegian but the rockwool will do. Rockwool mostly comes without paperbacking so you'll be fine (but, check that)
furthermore, read this forum. really, there's much to learn. adhere to them stickies too...
thanks a lot, i'm pretty terrible at searching forums, it's something i rarely do. But I will in this case! Btw, can i use any kind of rockwool insulation or do i need those specific acoustic panels? they're a bit difficult to get a hold of over here.
Any kind of mineral wool or fiberglass insulation will do, as long as the density is around 48 kg/m3. You don't need special acoustic stuff. - Stuart -can i use any kind of rockwool insulation or do i need those specific acoustic panels?
