Hey everyone.. I think this is the 1st time I have posted here, however have found this forum to be a fantastic resource so thanks for all the advice so far!.
I am currently in the process of buying a semi detached a house with a room just for my studio! WAHOO!!.. and I would like to grab some advice on how I should go about setting myself up and what acoustic treatment I should use.
The studio is based around protools 8 and a 002 Rack, for monitoring I use ADAM A7's and soon will be buying a ADAM Sub 8 to complement the low end. I have a 8U Rack with some outboard gear in it..
I have enclose 2 pics to give you an idea,
The only issue is I need a wardrobe and a sofa bed for guests!
Do you think it would be better to setup in the corner outwards?, or along the width or length wall? To be honest as the room is almost square it probably makes no difference!.. And is probably the worse mixing room to have! Ha
Any tips would be great, I am planning on buying a acoustic treatment pack as well, so any help on that would be great.
Thanks for taking the time!
Regards
