Now, there's a question. I've been searching for the exact same stuff. Rubber profiles AND magnetic (rubber) profiles. Maybe LOU could tells us what he used and where he got it. By coincidence I found a "magnetstrip" just the other week at my local hardware store. yeeehoe!
