Garage Private Studio

I am interested in building out my 616 sq.ft 3 car garage into a private studio and I am looking for a great floor plan to take advantage of my the space.I would like the floorplan to consist of a control room, iso vocal booth and a storage room.The main concern for me will be the acoustics so I want a completely dead room with no sound leakage. I found this floorplan but I need a 3-D image of this with a larger control room and smaller storage room.If anyone can help with a floorplan design similar to this to fit my needs please post your ideas.
