Hello. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Gypframe RB1 Resilient Bars of the Knauf equivalent? They are both fairly easy to get hold of. Would they offer the same performance as say the Auralex RC8 channel for example?

Dunno much about RC but Rod keeps telling me "it needs to be perforated". The Auralex seems fine in that manner.
