I am having problems sourcing and spec'ing the rubber for the window frame. This is the rubber that goes around the entire inside of the frame (double wall). I assume that the rubber not only aids in the decoupling of the two wall sections but also keeps moisture from getting between the 2 panes of glass? Anyone know where to get this rubber, what thickness, width, type etc.?

neoprene, 1/4" thick, the squishy stuff.... You might need the harder neporene to go underneath the window pane itself, but the other stuff goes all the way around on both sides of the pane.
i got my stuff at a dedicated rubber supply place. maybe ask an HVAC or glass guy.
