Final Career Project

First of all sorry about my english, i'll try to explain myself the best i can. I'm doing a final career project about designing a studio (only the project, i'm not going to build it). I don't have any knowledgments but I found some interesting information round internet about acoustics and some studios, but i'm not sure which dimensions should I take to do it. I know that there are Golden Ratios and this things. I think I should have a Control Room + Main room + vocals room. What do you think about this? Should I have another room for the drums? Which dimensions I should take for each room and why are this dimensions? I know that there are studios with a machine room for servers, fans, and noisy stuff, should I have one too?
