Hi I am new to the forum but have spent the last few days reading through a lot of the material here, it’s fantastic.
I am in the planning stage of a project in which I am attempting to acquire funding for a mobile studio, accessible to rural communities, schools, and deprived areas of larger cities.
The plan so far is to buy and the convert a 7.5 tonne van of which the internal dimensions would be 5.80meters (20feet) by 2.40 meters (8 feet) by 2.40 meters (8feet). I currently work in two small rooms both 2.3meters by 2.4meters. One is used as my control room and the second as a small live room and this is the set up I am hoping to be able to reproduce but in the back of the van.
I have seen both the studio in a container and the click track studio threads and feel rather encouraged by similarities.
I am here to ask for a little input in to my further development of my idea. Any comments are very appreciated.

Try to sketchup the inside of your van, It will defenetly help you get answers
I have made a sketch of the space I will have available in the van I am hoping to purchase.
The back doors cover the whole area of the back of the van and I am planning on adding a stud wall with a smaller sized door behind these.
here's a layout for a van you could consider

Thanks for the help so far. I downloaded the free version of sketch up last night and after fiddling around have a very ruff idea of how I’d like to begin.
