Hi!! My first post here... I have done some reading on here and I was hoping I could get some direct advice from you guys, since I'm kind of in between on some aspects of building this thing...
First of all, my budget is 10.000€ (I'd also like to include some cabling into this number :)).
The Dimensions of my garage are currently (cm): 1000x360x260. The garage is literally falling apart so I'm building a new one. So at this stage I'd like to ask, if it's OK to...
1) Build with lightweight blocks (aerated concrete) or should I use heavy blocks?
2) Should I raise the ceiling level to 300cm?
3) The floor is concrete, should I therefore NOT use a floating floor?
4) If I won't be making a floating floor, what can I cover the ground with for some heat insulation and aesthetics and how?
Based on a sketch that is posted on this forum (a garage plan), I have made a sketch of what I thought could be a nice setup with respect to the dimensions of my garage... It is attached below.
5) Is this an OK setup?
6) Will I be able to pull it off within the budget that I have?? :D
Thanks in advance for all the replies...

Hi Jan,
There is an announcement at the top of the forum about what to do to assure getting as many responses as possible. The announcement leads to this post. Actually, several people, who are experts on this forum, will not reply if you do not do what is written in the post. Many others who are very helpful, will not reply out of respect for the moderators' wishes.
Hehehe oops... Forgot about the location... (I hope this was what you were referring to! :D)
