Hello John & all I notice you have designed what looks like a great studio in a shipping container. I have just taken on a container of much the same dimensions (6mx2.14mx2.2m). So a rectangle with massive parallel walls. Two layers of plasterboard have been put inside, filled with some form of builders caulk or something in an attempt to keep any sound in. The floor has also been built up and carpeted. I was going to build some panels of varying sizes to cover large areas of the walls filled with 100kg/m3 100mm thick mineral fibre and faced with combinations of pegboard (perforated hardboard), plain hardboard (for low frequency absorption) and transparent acoustic fabric. After seeing your design I suddenly thought I should just stud wall the entire container and fill it with mineral fibre !!! Do you have any recommendations/warnings ? regards Demus
