Which of these is equivalent to 703-705 and the like?

Hi to you all. I´m new to the forum (in fact I´ve been reading and learning from it for a few months, but this is my first post). So, here it goes: I´m thinking on doing some improvement in my recording space, mostly adding/replacing absorption panels and/or bass traps and some clouds. (I´ll open a new thread with the details of the room when I have them ready.) I´d like you to help me on finding out the (locally available) material that should work as OC703 - 705 and/or rock wool. So far, I´ve found this dealer (here in Peru) which carries rigid and semi-rigid fiberglass panels and something that looks like mineral fiber: http://www.aislaperu.com/productos.htm If you visit the above link, and scroll down a bit, you´ll find the title "MANTA DE LANA MINERAL DE ROCA DE "CALORCOL". That, I think, is the equivalent to mineral fiber. Further down, you´ll find "PANEL DE LANA DE VIDRIO RIGIDO Y SEMI RIGIDO" There you´ll find the "Semi-rigid" Fiber glass panels (48 kg/m3 - OC703?) and "Rigid Panels" (80kg/m3 - OC705?). Are my asumptions right? Are these the materials I need for absorption panels? And if so, would you recommend the fiberglass or the mineral fiber? For practical comparison, a 1" fiberglass panel is about $35, and one 2" mineral fiber panel is about $38. Thanks in advance for your help. :D
The semi-rigid are fine.
Thanks for the answer. So, the semirigid - that would be like OC 703, right? And about the stuff with more density - for bass control, wouldn´t it be better to have more density, as to lower the effective frequency?
a little maybe, but it's the volume that counts. more depts=more low frq absorbing.
Great, thanks! I´ll start working on the details of my room - dimensions, photos, etc, and I´ll post them in a new thread.
