i dont give a lot of detail cause i dont have a lot...im putting up a frame and four walls to put a pre production room ...i dont have details cuase i dont know what the details would be...sheet rock, wood, and a door...
If you do not plan it properly, you are assuring poor performance. For starters read the sticky about posting.
