ADDED INFORMATION

I am hoping that some of you kind people would be willing to share "dream plans" IF you had the opportunity to build up to a 700 sq. ft. studio. Our detached garage burned to the ground last February and we have stalled on building the new one. My husband has decided that he wants to build a full second story (with 8 foot walls) on top of the garage. We have to have it done by February or we lose some of our insurance money. We are on four acres in the country with little road noise. There are occasional planes overhead. Because of the location, we can only go back 24 ft. deep. We will not need a bathroom... hubby said no way. I would like a control room, live room, iso room, and modest lounge. Stairs can be outside, so those do not have to be figured into the plans. If any of you have plans under 700 sq. ft. that you would like to share, I would be so grateful. THANKS!!!
