Lots of stopping and starting, but I guess around 6 months for the actual studio (starting from the floating floors etc).

Yeah very pleased with how it sounds.
-The CR is spot on for me, tho I want to put a single cloud above the mix postion, and on the rear wall behind the mix position.
-The LR is so tight in the low end, its crazy. Need to put some panels on the walls as its a touch bright, but its been working great so far.
