HELP with new studio layout.

Hi Guys, Our band has just started renting new space and this is the first time we have setup a studio. We're just not sure wheres the best place to place our waffle boards and sound deading gear. We where gonna deaden the whole wall then found out that it might not be best to do so. So we're not too sure wheres the best place to place the stuff can any of you help. A diagram of our live room is attached to the post. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. PS we where planning to board the window sils up so the wall is completely flush.
