recording studio in my basement

I am thinking about building a studio in my basement but i have limted space it is an area about 20 feet long by about 24 feet wide, the studio cant be permanent i still need to use the basement. i need some ideas on how to make a wall to divide it in half so it is about 12 feet wide. it needs to have a good layout due to the lack of space yet the live room must be as big as possible. if anybody can come up with some designs it would be a huge help. thanks, Eric
