Hello together, my name is martin and i have a problem. At the moment i construct my studio. http://www.schwedenrecords.com/public/d ... Sayers.pdf Unfortunately my control room is a little bit difficulty. The Problem is that in my front wall i have my studio window and the door which goes into the recording room. Here is the measurement: http://www.schwedenrecords.com/public/d ... Sayers.pdf and I want to have the control room like this: http://www.schwedenrecords.com/public/d ... /plan3.jpg And here some pictures: http://www.schwedenrecords.com/public/d ... ctures.pdf So it is difficulty to place my studio table and my monitors 60°. Can you give me a tip how i can solve this problem? Thanks for your response !!! Greedz Martin
I do not believe what you want to do is any longer, physically possible. Slow is also an action verb.
If you're determined to achieve the control room in that design, within the room you have, I would flip the design vertically and rotate it 90 degrees. This will place the lower door at the same position as the door in the design. Then you would need to basically gut the wall with the window and door. I'm assuming that's a window between your monitors in the design, so you could recycle the one you already have. Then it's just a matter of building the room!
