hello! For translate the picture: "simple cloison de bois" mean "simple wall of wood" and "murs à faire" mean "wall we have to do!!" We are from brussels / Belgium. We think we can do something for about 5000 to 7000 dollars... I think we will lost a lot of space, because I wanted to respect Sepmeyer proportions... The height is about 4m for the basement. It will be about 3m after doing the room. I'm sorry for my bad english...hope you will understand! Thank you!
