No, those packages are for controlling acoustics inside the room, not to soundproof it

Oh ok so they can help with acoustics? Will these be better than making my own Bass traps or using several other methods to control acoustics or just more practical?? Anyone has used them? Regards. Roberto

You will be way better off building your own traps. Much better performance and less expensive on top of that.
