i think i'm gonna build with some help a room in the room, but still have got some question:
ACOUSTIC INSULATION:
- What kind of rockwool? I can easily buy some t-rock 50b... is it good?
- What can i do with windows? A cheap solution maybe could be a curtain?
GENERIC:
- Speakers position?
- Antisoffit acoustic problems?
- Any affordable geometric solution to make a control room and a small vocal booth ???
Dude - Please!

Welcome.
You should really read that post or you won't get much help around here.
You should make some sort of drawing what you are thinking about and then present it with questions. That way the good people here have an idea of what you had in mind. If you have no idea what you are doing, then I strongly suggest you read as many of these posts here.
You need to put some effort into it first, after all it is your own project.
Good luck.
