new studio design-is it too much?

hello I am about to build acoustics for my new studio( listening room) will be use mainly form mixing(won't cost more than 500$) which is 11.7` by 9.1` my plan is to built 16 acoustic panels of 2`by 4` 4" thick wooden frams filled with rockwool(80k/m) and 2 panels 2`by 4` of 6". all coverd with cloth and to hang them as follow : 4- in the front corner(2 each) 2-behind the speakers 2-in the first reflections(on the side walls) 2-in the back of the side walls 4- on the ceiling as a cloud 2- 1 on the door and 1 on the other back corner 2- the 6" ones on the back wall does this plan make sence . isn't it too much absorption? sorry that the attached file is in cm I am kinda new to sketchup
