Hi,
I'm in the process of designing a one-room studio to track drums, guitar, bass, vocals etc...
I have a lot of space to build my studio, but I don't know anything about dimensions.
What are some popular dimensions for large live rooms or one-room studios?
Ideal large live room dimensions?

There is an announcement at the top of the forum about what to do to assure getting as many responses as possible. The announcement leads to this post. Actually, several people, who are experts on this forum, will not reply if you do not do what is written the post.
Yes, I read that about 40 times already.
I don't have anything else to add. I'm just looking for some popular or ideal dimensions for live rooms.
Sorry if my post doesn't meet the requirements of this forum, I have nothing else to add.

Yes you do... and then find a welcoming forum with loads of valuable input to your project. HINT: location Good luck!Yes, I read that about 40 times already. I don't have anything else to add.
If this person has read the page 40 times already and hasn't either "gotten" it or complied, just too thick to ever get it anyway :)Yes you do... and then find a welcoming forum with loads of valuable input to your project. Well X,
I must have read the entire forum about 40 times already, and I still discover new things. What a wealth of knowledge if you take the time to use the search function and carefully wander through the immense archives that John has provided for us to spend time in and learn from. And yet we still take the time to help newbies open up the door the proper way. I am by no means a moderator, but I think the fact that we're being strict with the forum rules is what makes this place an almost unlimited (user friendly) encyclopaedia to say the very least.
For the entire forum, yes. How many many times have you a single post and gotten something new every time? How many times did you read a single post before noticing bigger and bolded text in the post?:DI must have read the entire forum about 40 times already, and I still discover new things.
Agreed AndreI am by no means a moderator, but I think the fact that we're being strict with the forum rules is what makes this place an almost unlimited (user friendly) encyclopaedia to say the very least.
