Advice on Studio Design at my House Roof (please help!)

Greetings from Mexico! After went to college (audio engineering and music production) & living 7 years at Mexico City (I scape from getting married!) I return to my hometown in Xalapa, Veracruz (where all you have your house!) and I am going to start 2 build my studio in my house's roof. So before starting the construction phase I want to ask you for your advice(s) on how to take the best of the space that I have, here I attatch a diagram of my roof, so ... any comments, advices, sugestions are welcome! I want to be able to record bands, have room 4 practice & Jam sessions and produce my music, also I want to use the space for digital design and audio & video pre/pro/post-production works and projects (I am into digital arts).
