My studio plan

Hi y'all I have been a keen reader on this forum but this is the first time I have posted, as I would like some input on my evolving studio. I have attached a jpeg of the top view. I haven't got a handle on sketchup enough to do 3D yet. Hopefully the pic is detailed enough to show the obstacles I have, namely the window and open area of the staircase. The wall are brick and plaster with a plaster ceiling which I may add clouds to later. The goboes are standard office partitions with rockwool panels attached. The corner traps are 100mm rockwool to ceiling height. The room is basically how it is now except for the orange partition, which will be pine frame, filled with rockwool and have probably mdf paneling both sides. My main questions are; is there any other way to install the divider given the limitations of the room, and will I get a satisfactory sound from this plan. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. cheers valleyman
