Hi, just came across this very cheap diffusor and was wondering if anyone here know's anything about them? Check out their other designs as well. They look very cool and I'm guessing would be good for sound because of the odd shapes. What do you guys think?

They have discussed in the past. Only effective at high frequencies, no temporal diffusion, no test data to indicate what exactly do do.
In short, buy for looks if you like them, not for diffusion.
