garage studio, ipswich england, Please help!

hi I'm about to start converting my garage into a home studio and have no idea where to start. the building is 9' X 15'. do you think i should split it into 2 sections? and where do i start with sound isolation? this is an idea for a 2 room studio, please help me improve it! thanks
