Question to the experts about walls

HI!!! I new at the forum, I'm from Iquique Chile South America ...... my question is.....In a few weeks I'm gona start to build my studio, its a big quest in a 135 mts/2 (sorry I not use feets") and I have books about building and staffs......but all my construccion its gona be by concrete about 15 cm thick in walls 12 or 10 cm floating floor and celing its gona be a BUNKER......... whith air conditioning..... the thing is I'm gona be to able to play at 3 AM if I want whithout disturbe the familys around me . then , its the concret enought to make this posible , or i'm gona need trated wall whit fiber glass and framed and stuff??? any help or comments? I'm really sorry about my english.......please forgiveme I just speak but not write good i try to do my best ...sorry any one have a plan o layer how to do a connections holes for the snake to te live studio to recording????'Y have problems to figured out thanks again.
