LAYOUT HELP

So this is what i'm working with, i think i got what i need in acoustics, is there anything i'm missing, the panels with be 4"x24"x48", 18 in total( i couldn't do anymore, i've already built all the panels), i would like a 2nd opinion on this acoustics layout and what would the ideal way to position my monitors, as well as my listening position. i have an idea but i'm not sure with the way the room is designed. if i need stands, i can build those as well. i've got adam a7s with a 60"(L)x30"(W)x30"(H) desk. i've got my sketchup file attached.

i would move the top and bottom front , and maybe center front, panels to the back of the room (unless you can afford to be a few more instead) because you want the back of the room treated to reduce the level of reflections.
