Hi all:
The room is 13.75 ft wide, 19.5 ft long, and 10 ft high.
The top wall is completely poured concrete and is adjacent to the garage. The right wall is completely poured concrete (6" thick) and is adjacent to an areaway that allows access from the outside. The bottom wall is 1/2 poured concrete that is adjacent to earth and 1/2 is the control room wall. The left wall is all wood framing/drywall and is adjacent to the stairs going to the main floor and a closet.
Here is my question:
Edit, I changed my mind this room is going to be the control room, and isolation is not a big concern.... so nevermind :)
