So I have been looking for a space to build my new studio, so far this is the best space that I have found. Cheep rent, great location, high ceilings. The only problem that I am having is getting a layout that works. The floor plan has many pillars in it and there giving me fits trying to make a control room work. I don't have a huge budget but I would rather spend more money now to make it right.
Hear are the requirements that I have: The control room must fit my console Sony 3036 93.50" long (end to end), 44.75" deep (front to back), and either be large enough for my tape machines ( mci 16/24 37.7" wide, 27" deep and MCI Jh110 25.5" wide, 25" deep) or have a machine room.
Hear is a drawing of the room that I want to move the studio into.
Let me know if you have any ideas!
Thanks,
Reed Griffin

why not put the CR opposite the 22-510 mark? its mostly open. then make the other side the live room etc.
