What are you guys using to wire up your outlets? Is there any real advantage to using hospital grade wire vs romex or some other type of electrical wire? Just curious

SZ, I think you're getting hospital grade receptacles confused with wire - there is no such thing as hospital grade wire. Romex wire is a perfectly good cable for use in any construction conditions that permit it;s use. So there isn't a whole lot of reasons to consider other tan that unless you have an abundance of conduit available for your use for free or little cost - at which time one could argue that running individual srtands (THXX) might make sense if installing a star ground system. It's not worth an extra 10 cents - never mind hundreds of dollars......... what makes it all work is the method and care of running the wiring and the receptacles themselves - the wire doesn't add squat after that........ Save your money.......... Rod
