Isover Sonepanel absorb sound waves and although you need a slightly thicker panel to get roughly the same coefficients as 703, it still does the job.

Btw, isn't glass wool not the same as glass fibre anyway?

I`m in a similar situation. Searching for something like 703 here in Germany. I get best prices at a supplier who has products from Isover. So I tried to find something from Isover to fit my needs.
I talked to a guy from Isover who is specialized in acoustics.
I`ve mailed him the absorptions coeffecients of 703. He recommended the SSP1 and SSP2-Panel. Absorbing similar. The SSP2 is covered with black fabric on one side, ideal for slat absorbers.
For wall construction you can use any glasfibre, the cheapest the best... (Isover: TP1). The weight doesn`t change the STC of the wall. (mass, spring, mass)
He also stressed that the density has NO influence to sound absorption. (One of the reasons you can`t read anything about density on their homepage).
The glasfibre gets more and more expansive the higher the density is. So the Isover panels are even way cheaper than OC 703, 704, 705...

I compared Isover's Sonepanel to SP2 and here's the result (Sonepanel on the left, SSP2 on the right).

Looks like SSP2 performs slightly better.

This product is a little big more expensive but it is closer to the 703 than the Sonepanel.
The 50mm Sonarpanel costs 3.35 euro per m2
The 50mm Ductliner 602 costs 5.60 euro per m2

Thanks for doing all this research! I've been looking for so long. This is the best I found up until now.
I have two questions:
1. Does anyone have experience with ordering small quantities? (a pallet is a bit to much)
2. Which of these materials can I use best for bass trapping? (corner or broadband panel trap)

I wouldn`t go with the akotherm. It`s more expensive as the ductliner 602 and the specs aren`t nearly as good.
Does anybody have real experiences with the ductliner 602?

Actually, In which sense, you require 703 in Netherlands.
I think so there are some people from the Netherlands or Germany that know better as well as similar but cheaper products and where to get it. If not, than this is what I will use.

Rockwool (the brand) sells a very common rigid wool slab (rockwool, the type) in the major "bouwmarkten" (gamma, praxis, formido etc). The name is 202 or something (can't recall), it's 60cm*100cm*5cm and weights about 50 kg/m3. Perfect !
