Hello all! Your site has been very helpful in my research to build a vocal booth. I am planning on building a vocal booth in my spare room for recording rap / r&b music. I had originally planned on blocking off a corner adding two new walls (booth measurement 4x4x8 in feet) but after reading I see that you shouldn't make a vocal booth that is boxed. Is this correct? I guess I can post that in a different area, the main objective of this post is to decide between using MDF or drywall for the walls on this project. Any suggestions?

you may want to try a couple things to get more attention and reply here - be more specific with your plans with photos or layout design concept.
and you might want to post this in the construction section and not the building products section.
